Helping Tennessee Foster Youth Find Forever Families Thru Adoption. The Heart Gallery of Tennessee is a group of volunteer workers and photographers committed to drawing attention to the children and teens in the Tennessee foster care system who are available for adoption. These are kids seeking a forever family to love and support them. We showcase the children using our online gallery and exhibits throughout the community.
